It is great peace of mind to know that Liz is there to provide help in contacting the necessary health professionals when needed. In the early days of my wife's diagnosis Liz gave us lots of advice on services available, and has enabled us to access mobility assistance.

Sheila was an amazing support in dealing with the grief I have experienced after my mum passed away at the Hospice. I have had six sessions in the last 10 months and I am not sure how I would have dealt with my grief without the patience and care from the bereavement support service offered by the Hospice. Sheila has been fantastic.

My only difficulty has been transport - as I am visually impaired I cannot drive, so have relied on my wife to drive me to the Hospice for my meetings with Sheila; there is no reasonable public transport to get me to or from Clatterbridge in a reasonable timeframe. But that is not the fault of the service! I just wished I lived a bit closer so that I could go and visit my mum's tree of remembrance more often.

I attended a beautiful service in honour of my Dad. As I was going alone, I was quite nervous. I didn't need to be, the staff were incredibly welcoming and supportive.

Not all of the questions above relate directly to me, but as I had to choose an answer for each one, I didn't want to give less than 5 stars.

Liz was perfect in her first visit. She took us through so many things that we did not know as the diagnosis was so recent. We feel we are in very good hands and feel comforted that Liz is there.
